About SOUBI
SOUBI asks, "Why must T-shirts be disposable?"
It all started with that question. My favorite T-shirt.
Wear it, wash it, and wear it again.
But one day, I suddenly realized something.
The neckline is stretched out. The fabric is still wearable, but the collar is the first to break.
It becomes loungewear, and eventually, you get rid of it.
Is that truly the correct form of clothing?
SOUBI was born from that question.

SOUBI aims to create something that will last a lifetime, right from the start.
These are clothes that withstand the test of time, not those that are trendy or expensive.
From spinning the threads to creating the fabric, drawing patterns, sewing, and dyeing.
All processes are carried out in Japan, in collaboration with the skills of artisans from all over Japan.
I've been bringing them to life one by one.
We take our time to create answers that cannot be achieved through mass production.
