Description
The first type is a rare 46 size, but despite being big, we made a fullback. Rather, it's a 'I made it.' Originally, a large denim jacket is made with narrow selvedge denim, so the T-back has a slit at the back. The meter required for one piece is called the 'yamejaku,' but by ignoring that and eliminating the split, the fullback is the so-called 'yoshaku'. Why does the original have a big fullback size instead of a T-back? I was puzzled, but now I understand why. You make mistakes. I learned this firsthand. But when I tried making it, there was no vertical stitching running along the back, so it didn't hit hard. This is a wonderful product in its own way, so I'm selling it. One size. Since there is no loose or unshrinkable or twist prevention, the product is shipped with the product overturned and shrunk. The body width and shoulder width are on the wider side, but the sleeve length is shortened so that even those with a typical Japanese body type can wear it so the sleeves don't go too far. The black number is 7 vertically and horizontally. EMOT (Eastern Memphis, Orleans, Texas) is a yarn made from 100% rice cotton medium-length cotton with WORKERS' original uneven shape, called "WKS-MEM7." When making original denim, I wanted to know what kind of cotton was used in the old L. So, we approached a Japanese cotton import trading company and toured the grain majors, farmland, and cotton sorting facilities in Memphis. The most helpful person was a veteran employee at a grain major. "What kind of cotton was used in spinning denim fabrics like corn mills in the past?" The answer is simple: "A blend of rice and cotton." In the past, American cotton was cheaper than importing from overseas. Furthermore, the reason it is called "blended cotton" is to ensure stable quality. Fiber length, cotton color, and remaining cotton husks. If you try to arrange the same thing every year as much as possible, mixing cotton is more stable. If you specify a specific field or type of cotton, you might be at a loss if you can't harvest due to drought, flood, or pests. So it was called a 'blend of American EMOT.' Also, WORKERS used EMOT cotton and imitated the uneven shape of the yarn by disassembling old clothes. That is WKS-MEM7. At that time, the yarn maker hadn't made the 'rice cotton EMOT100 No. 7 yarn' as an original product. First, the fact that over 1,000 threads of jeans can be made all at once is half the expectations—can you really make and sell that many? I was half scared. Thanks to your support, WORKERS denim has been highly valued for its unique softness and ease of wear, allowing us to continue producing them. I'm truly grateful that they made and bought for me.
