This collection is rooted in the idea of work, not tied to any single country or culture, but to the universal gestures and routines shared across the world. Crafted from durable plain weave cotton, the fabric is sulfur dyed and stone washed, allowing it to develop a naturally faded patina and vintage character that evolves with wear over time.
Inspired by our Hakama pants, the silhouette falls straight from the waist with a generous volume and no taper, creating a clean and purposeful shape. A double knee construction and functional tool pocket draw from classic workwear, while every detail, from the proportions to the hardware, is designed with utility and intention in mind.

This is the launch of a series that pays homage to work styles from around the world.
The material is a thin, sulfide-dyed duck fabric. I applied bio-wash to create a faded effect and bite.
The origin of the silhouette is the hakama pants.

Sillage is a Japanese fashion brand founded in 2018 by Nicolas Yuthanan Chalmeau.
Established as a place to express the sensibility of Yutanan, which is trending on social media. Although oversized, for some reason Yutanan's coordination is very modern and fashionable, with a unique styling.
Sillage means in French, "the sensation that a scent evokes memories of the past." Just as the scent awakens memories of the past, it leaves a strong impression on people's hearts.
