Inspired by traditional Japanese kimonos, the garment features a right-over-left design on both the front and back.
The overlapping section has an open pocket, and one side has additional smaller pockets for organization.
The gusset has a snap closure, allowing you to change the shape of the opening depending on your mood.
The interior also includes another longer shoulder strap, allowing you to carry it over your shoulder as well.
The main fabric is made of thick, Japanese-made No. 8 canvas.
It is one of the most classic fabrics in the history of Japanese bags.
The fabric is a bit stiff at first, but it softens and becomes more pliable with use.
You can experience the joy of watching canvas fabric develop over time.
Its durability ensures long-lasting use. The included leather is made from Japanese nubuck, a slightly napped material.
Nubuck leather is made by buffing the grain side of cowhide.
It has a smooth texture, feels good to the touch, and has a warm feel.
You can enjoy the aging process as time passes.
