Yonetomi NEW BASIC T-SHIRT WHITE

A simple T-shirt, the foundation of basic wear. Through a collaboration between Yonefuji Textile and a leading Japanese cut-and-sew manufacturer that produces for luxury brands, we have developed the ideal T-shirt that can be worn year-round, as a main piece in summer and as an inner layer under a sweater in winter.

<Attention to detail in the fabric>
The T-shirt worn as an inner layer is slightly see-through, and the heavyweight version is too thick to be used as an inner layer.
The goal was to create a single album that was "just right," solving those problems.
Using a thick yarn blended from American and Australian cotton, this "round-knit" garment, which is knitted in a tubular shape, is unusual.
We developed a custom-made fabric with 7.5 oz stiffness and flexibility. By tightly weaving it,
It's not as thick as a so-called heavyweight T-shirt, but it's not see-through.
We have created the ideal fabric that combines the features desired in both innerwear and outerwear T-shirts.

<Design Details>
The neckline is what determines the impression of a T-shirt.
The parts used are knitted using a knitting (flat knitting) machine.
The neckline, which can become stretched out after repeated washing, is a weak point of T-shirts.
By adding a tightly woven knit rib, we've taken care to ensure that the garment maintains its shape even after repeated wear.

We've adopted a familiar single-stitch construction and used a standard t-shirt binding method to create a consistent look.
The pattern is designed with a focus on creating a beautiful silhouette with well-defined shoulder drop, sleeve cap height, and curved lines.

To create a casual mood suitable for everyday wear,
We have created a new printable label specifically for T-shirts.
To ensure it doesn't bother you even when it comes into direct contact with your bare skin, we use materials that won't irritate the skin.
By printing the name and quality information on both sides, we've reduced the number of included labels.
Each item is individually packaged in its own original packaging.
