ASAHI DECK, a long-established shoe manufacturer launched in 2017, produces deck shoes based on American-made deck shoes from the 1970s, using a shoe last with the beautiful shape of the original, created in the 1980s. Manufacturing is carried out entirely by skilled craftsmen in Japan.
These shoes utilize a rare vulcanized manufacturing method, even in Japan, which significantly increases the strength and elasticity of the shoe's upper and sole. The outsole, which is slip-resistant even on wet floors, features a wave-shaped groove, providing a comfortable, snug fit with every step.
