【design】
This padded pilot cap uses taffeta, a functional material with heat retention and water-repellent properties, and has been stripped down to create a clean silhouette. Inside, it is filled with kapok cotton, which is a highly insulating material also known as plant-based down.
It retains warmth while minimizing bulk, allowing you to wear it like a head hood that fits snugly to your head.
The ear sections are angled slightly, ensuring that the helmet sits comfortably on the forehead without becoming excessively deep.
It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in how easy it is to wear.
The flap has a toggle at the end, which can be fastened under the chin like a balaclava in cold weather.
If you want to make your face look a little slimmer, you can fasten the flap, sweep it to the back, and secure it at the back of your head.
