A fleece jacket based on the ECWCS LEVEL3 FLEECE JACKET.
The fabric is not too thick, and it uses soft, stretchy fleece, making it easy to use as a mid-layer. The design is simpler by eliminating the Velcro from the previous layer.

A warm polyester fleece combining longer pile on the front and shorter, soft pile on the underside.
It features a soft touch, lightweight comfort, and slight stretch, with texture adjusted to create a USED feel.
