Description

This twill knit is made with a super-high gauge of 46G. Its high stretch makes it hard to put on once you put it on. It also minimizes wrinkles and other shape changes during wear, making it easy to care for. Furthermore, by using a two-bath dyeing process (dyeing different materials in two different dye baths consecutively) with recycled polyester and recycled spin, we were able to achieve iridescent colors. We have achieved patterns and colors previously only possible with woven fabrics. The combination of carefully selected colors on both sides and a high gauge creates a new textile that looks different depending on the angle from which it is viewed. A new standard material that only we can create, combining crispness, luster, and easy care. These pants are a modified version of Gurkha pants. The dot buttons around the waist make them easy to put on and take off, and the waist can be adjusted by adjusting the button position. These pants feature a tight fit, a relaxed feel from the material, and a double-finished hem, making them suitable for use as a dress. English Description We have knitted a super-high-gauge twill knit at 46G. It offers exceptional stretch and an irresistibly comfortable feel once worn, with minimal creasing or shape distortion during wear and high ease of care. Furthermore, by employing a two-bath dyeing process (dyeing different materials consecutively in two separate dye baths) using recycled polyester and recycled spinnets, we have achieved an iridescent effect. This technique expresses patterns and colors previously achievable only in woven fabrics. The calculated color scheme on both sides, combined with the high gauge, creates a new textile that reveals different expressions depending on the viewing angle. A new standard material, unique to us, combining crispness, lustre, and easy care. A new style of trousers, modified from the Ghurka design. Dot buttons around the waist make them easy to put on and take off, while also allowing waist adjustment by changing the button position. With a generous rise to emphasise the fabric's drape, and a double-finished hem, this pair has finished to a dress trouser standard. Solaro is a nostalgic knit fabric known only to those in the know. We proposed it in the brand's early days, and thought it was a fabric for connoisseurs, so we put it aside for a few seasons. It seems like it's in vogue now, so we're bringing it back for the first time in a long time. It comes in two colors: the classic charcoal and black, which is easy to coordinate, and the khaki beige and orange that's so characteristic of Solaro. This requires a significant number of processes. After dyeing, we applied a resin treatment to give it a crisp feel, and then added an additional step that wasn't used with older materials. The twill weave is prone to snagging and pilling with prolonged wear, so we added a singeing process to give it a more solid, beautiful look. This softens the texture and creates a completely different atmosphere. We modified various details from the Gurkha pants. We believe the biggest concern with Gurkha pants is their difficulty in putting them on and taking them off. In keeping with Kanemasa's signature style, the dot buttons make it easy to put on and take off, and it's lightweight and comfortable to wear. The waist can be freely adjusted by rearranging the dot buttons, making it a pair of pants that can be worn beltless. The double-finished hem is not just a traditional design, but also improves ease of wear by giving the wide thighs a neat hem finish and creating a cohesive silhouette. This material has been specially selected by LOOK, and we're sure many people are paying attention to it. This is a piece that we hope you'll enjoy wearing as a set. Our in-house brand, KANEMASA, was launched in the 2021 Spring/Summer season to preserve our unique high-gauge knitting machines, jacquard machines that allow for the free expression of a variety of patterns, and the unique techniques and craftsmanship required to manipulate these machines. *The brand name will be changed to "KANEMASA PHIL." from the 2023 Autumn/Winter season, with the opportunity to launch our collections overseas. The brand's iconic logo, designed by Clement Johant, blends the 1960s era, when the brand was first founded, with European culture. Based on the concept of "FUTURE CLASSIC / FUTURE VINTAGE," we create clothing for the future that we think about "now." We offer wardrobes that are future-oriented and bring comfort, joy, and happiness to the wearer. KANEMASA PHIL. products reflect the innovation, creativity, craftsmanship, and traditions we have cultivated and built over the years, and we make no compromises on materials or design. PHIL. = Derived from the ancient Greek word φίλος (phílos, "love"), it is an abbreviation of derivative words such as "philosophy" ("appreciation of wisdom and knowledge"), "philharmony" ("love of harmony"), and "phile" ("lover"). Based on our philosophy of "looking back on history to create the future," we chose this brand name to express our desire to share our products with the world.
