This original denim fabric is woven in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture. The warp threads are made from organic cotton, rope-dyed to indigo on the surface, leaving the core white. The weft threads are made from hemp. The indigo color fades with wear, and the hemp fibers become more supple like cotton while maintaining their strength. This fabric allows you to enjoy the way its texture deepens over time. The thickness is designed for wear throughout hot and cold seasons. Repeated wear and washing loosens the threads, increasing their flexibility. The hemp threads next to the skin offer a refreshing feel against the skin. This pullover shirt has a wide body and a voluminous feel. Almost every element is constructed with a linear pattern, and the flat shape naturally adapts to a variety of body shapes, like a kimono. The shirt features pockets for convenience as an everyday item. The corners of the pocket stitching are rounded to prevent dust and lint from accumulating inside. The buttons are made from buffalo horn. *Natural materials have knots, unevenness, and neps. This is due to the use of uneven raw materials with an emphasis on texture, so please consider them as part of the design. Be careful not to pull on knots or neps too hard, as this may cause the fabric to break and create holes. *Friction and exposure to water may cause color transfer, so be careful when the item is wet. Avoid using with light-colored items, and wash alone with a mild detergent and dry in the shade. Due to the washing process, dimensional changes during washing are minor, and the finished size may vary slightly from item to item.
