KANEMASA PHIL / 46G Atmosphere Stripe Shirt BROWN(Rustic Brown)

As the name "atmosphere" suggests, this shirt features a relaxed silhouette and a classic design that clearly shows the drape of the material.
With a super high gauge of 46G, it achieves a high-density plain weave structure, similar to typewriter fabric.
It offers high stretchability, providing an irresistible comfort once you put it on, and it's also easy to care for, with minimal wrinkles and changes in shape during wear.
A new standard shirt fabric that only we can create, possessing firmness, luster, and easy care.
The details are inspired by dress shirts, with all seams finished using flat-felled stitching and shell buttons.
Thanks to the crispness and sheen of the material, this oversized shirt doesn't look too casual. It's a unique, luxuriously loose shirt that blends the dressy feel of the fabric with the casual feel of the pattern.
The raw material for the cotton yarn is a fine-count recycled Suvin cotton yarn, 160/1 count, used in a double-ply construction.
By using gas-fired yarn, we've achieved a more lustrous finish and reduced pilling after washing.
Made with 75D high-crimp recycled nylon, providing stretchability.
Starting this season, we've added the brand logo to the inside of the buttons.
A classic loose-fitting shirt from KANEMASA PHIL.
*Filled seam - A sewing method used to make the fabric feel smoother against the skin. The edge of the fabric is sewn once, and then sewn again to cover it, so that the edge is not visible.

KANEMASA PHIL. is an original brand of a circular knitwear manufacturer based in Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture, which originated from Kanemasa Knitwear Co., Ltd., founded in 1964.
To ensure the continuation of our unique knitting machines specializing in high gauge knitting, our jacquard machines capable of freely expressing a variety of patterns, and the distinctive skills and craftsmanship required to operate these machines with ease, our own brand KANEMASA was launched in the Spring/Summer 2021 season. *From the Autumn/Winter 2023 season, coinciding with our overseas launch, the brand name will be changed to "KANEMSA PHIL."
The brand's iconic logo was designed by Clement Johant, and the resulting design blends the historical context of the 1960s, when the company was founded, with European culture.
Based on the concept of "FUTURE CLASSIC / FUTURE VINTAGE," we create clothing for the future as we envision it today. We consider the future and offer a wardrobe that makes the wearer feel comfortable, happy, and joyful.

PHIL. is derived from the ancient Greek word φίλος (phílos, "beloved"), and is an abbreviation of derived words such as Philosophy ("philosophy," "love of wisdom and knowledge"), philharmony ("love of harmony"), and phile ("lover").
Based on the philosophy of "looking back at history and creating the future," we chose our brand name with the desire to share our products with the world.
