Probably, the American version uses tex, while Japan's uses the count. Because the standards differ, the standard count yarn in Japan is not available in the American TEX. Also, there seems to be a reason why the standard TEX used in America is not the Japanese scale. In the end, the D-River style was made from yarns with unusual counts, called 'edge counts' for the fabric shop's scale advantage. For this tote bag, we don't want to be exactly the same as the original; rather, we want to create something that approaches Japanese standards and, in some cases, even exceeds the original. I think the stitching quality completely surpasses the original. As expected from a Japanese sewing factory. The fabric texture is also beautiful. The tape is flexible and easy to hold. However, the original is the original, and the fabric and parts are rough and tough. The sewing feels like 'as long as it doesn't break,' it's a rough feel. That's part of its charm.
