The summer shirt. Open collar. The pattern is designed to be worn with an open collar. Looking at the collar, there is no collar stand like on a button-down shirt. The way the collar is attached is also unique, sewn directly into the body. Midway towards the back center, a cut is made inside the collar, in an unseen part, to reverse the seam allowance. This looks easy but is surprisingly difficult. M size has a bust width of 60 cm. It's quite loose. However, the shoulders aren't dropped too much. The shoulder area looks neat, but the body is comfortably loose. For the back, the sample had a center pleat, but for mass production, we will change it to side pleats. After all, side pleats suit this style better. There are still things I don't know until I try them. The madras and fish block prints are made in India. Both are around 3 ounces, the thinnest for a shirt. And the woven threads are not as fine as broadcloth, so there are gaps in the weave, allowing air to pass through. The buttons are intentionally made of impact-resistant resin. They are resistant to cracking even when washed, but have a shell-like luster. In summer, you can wash them normally without a net and hang them to dry. Emphasis on easy care. Products are delivered NW, unwashed. Please avoid tumble drying and wash/sun dry normally. Regarding the back pleats, for mass production, we will change them from center to side/left and right. The dimensions are the same as the sample. Simply put, I thought side pleats would suit the open collar better.
