At the end of winter, pale light shines through gaps in leaden clouds, gently enveloping the cold ground. This image evokes a quiet landscape where the arrival of spring can be felt. Compared to YSK-26SS-KN05, this piece is made with fewer threads for a lighter finish. The base uses the reverse side of plain knit, representing the dark, closed winter, while the central line on the body represents the light shining through gaps in the clouds. The exposed armholes, sleeves, and side seams symbolize the rebirth from winter to spring. It uses a yarn with a beautiful luster, made from supple and smooth Supima extra-long staple cotton that has been gas-fired to remove fuzz. Bundling fine 80-count threads and finishing them to 12 gauge creates a thin yet firm knit. To give a soft impression with dropped shoulders when worn, it is finished with a homage to the kimono pattern that has become a YASHIKI classic. The brand icon [Yagasuri] pattern is featured on the cuffs.
