Organic Raffy Tenjiku / Short sleeve T-shirt Organic Roughy is an organic recycled cotton made by extracting only the organic cotton from the waste cotton that is generated during the yarn manufacturing process and combining it with other virgin organic cotton to create a new spun fabric. After numerous tests, we found the standard yarn count for Fil Melange, and knit it slowly and fluffy on a loopwheel knitting machine, creating a material that is comfortable to wear even in today's hot and humid climate. Starting with the 24SS collection, we have revised the specifications and sizing, and updated all product numbers. This T-shirt has a relaxed silhouette. Organic Raffy Cotton is made of 50% new organic cotton and 50% recycled organic cotton. Recycled means that the remains after combing superfine extra long staple organic cotton during spinning production. This blended cotton is soft but bounce. We had many try and error to produce our great standard yarn and finally we found decent one with loop-wheel knitting machine, we got the best comfortable fabric. At this season, we improved all styles: spec and sizing are updated. There are new 4 standards.
