Description

Since the late 1960s, 100% cotton fleece fabrics have been deemed dangerous under American fire safety regulations. There is a history of it including polyester, acrylic and rayon. This product is a crew neck sweatshirt from a series that is a reproduction of the acrylic blend "REVERSE WEAVER" that was used in the late 1970s. The blend ratio is faithfully reproduced to that of the time, and all colors except silver gray are 90% cotton and 10% acrylic. Only the silver gray has rayon added to give the surface a heathered look, and is made of 82% cotton, 12% acrylic, and 6% rayon. It features a unique volume and texture, knitted on an old-fashioned sinker knitting machine. The absence of the C logo patch on the left sleeve is also a feature of the original design.
