Description

The warp and weft are made with 100% hemp yarn produced by the Italian manufacturer Linificio. Although it's a thick fabric, it's woven with a twill weave, resulting in a tight weave and suppleness. Hemp is a strong fiber, but over time it gradually adapts to the skin, transforming from linen to cotton-like in texture. The characteristic cool feel of hemp persists even after repeated washing, making it comfortable to wear even in midsummer. Almost all of the pieces feature linear patterns, creating a very flat structure that naturally adapts to most body shapes, much like a kimono. The placket and hem, where separate parts are usually sewn, are intentionally made in one piece, resulting in a simple design. All buttons are hand-sewn using tachi-gai (shell) threads. *Please note that natural materials have knots and unevenness in the threads. We prioritize texture and use raw materials with uneven fiber lengths, so please consider this as part of the fabric's appearance. Please be careful not to pull on the knots in the threads too hard, as this may cause the threads to break and create holes in the fabric. *This item is dyed in dark colors. To avoid color transfer, please avoid combining with lighter colors. To prevent color fading, use a dry-cleaning detergent and dry in the shade. Due to post-production processing, the color and size may vary slightly from item to item.
