This piece shines with its ingenious combination of wool and silk twill, a fabric typically used in elegant coats, deliberately incorporated into a casual item.
This fabric is made from worsted wool, which is already soft to the touch, and blended with 20% silk. As a result, it retains the warmth of wool while combining it with the unique suppleness of silk, creating a truly exceptional material unlike any other.
While silk is typically associated with its lustrous satin weave and strongly evokes images of spring and summer, it is actually a material suitable for autumn and winter due to its excellent moisture absorption and heat retention properties. Therefore, it pairs well with wool, making it a well-suited blend in terms of both functionality and texture.
