Noble PTL Linen Jacquard Easy Pants, Black Herringbone Linen Easy Pants
We sourced European linen, which possesses both a beautiful texture and the characteristic roughness of linen, and used a jacquard fabric woven at a factory in Enshu.
With a distinctive repeat pattern that is considerably larger than typical herringbone, and created on a jacquard loom—of which there are still few in existence in Japan—this fabric boasts a unique, sculptural, three-dimensional appearance that is truly captivating.
We are also particular about the dyeing process, using direct dyes and a time-consuming, labor-intensive dyeing method that does not involve any mechanical pressure, thereby maximizing the natural texture inherent in linen.
These relaxed, easy-to-wear pants are adorned with details reminiscent of early 1900s Europe, such as side stripes, cord piping, and ornate decorative buttons on the pocket closures—details that suggest formal attire.
The accessories are also meticulously crafted, featuring a substantial, thick rope-like drawstring, metal zippers, and a top button made from natural nut carved from a coconut, further enhancing the luxurious feel of the fabric.
These relaxed, wide-tapered trousers feature a pattern where the outseam at the hem is slightly tapered inward, while the side seams are sewn with puckering to cancel out the curves, resulting in a well-balanced silhouette.
Our garments are sewn in a high-grade factory in Tottori, primarily handling domestic brands. While we specialize in casual items, our extensive experience working with a wide range of brands and materials has given us a deep understanding of designs and fabric characteristics. We are a rare factory in Japan that can beautifully finish even materials and patterns that are considered difficult to sew.
