This T-shirt uses a double-woven fabric that features a beautiful twill weave on the surface and a soft, gauze-like texture on the reverse side.
By using two types of warp and weft threads, weaving the front and back with different structures, and then washing the fabric, it achieves a soft and comfortable texture.
The fabric at the sides is simply overlapped front and back and fastened together (originally designed with the image of overlapping two pieces of paper and gluing them together), which may seem like a simple method at first glance.
I hope you'll find it interesting that actually bringing to life a simple design like "sticking things together," which a child might think of, is surprisingly difficult and involves unconventional methods.


Roundabout is a Japanese fashion brand.
The designer is Hirokazu Fujiwara. He proposes a style that deliberately embraces "wastefulness" and "awkwardness."
Not fashion-conscious.
Not a beautiful silhouette.
But this is my way.
roundabout may be a brand that is far removed from trends and sophistication. I simply want to create things that I like, things that I want to wear, and things that I want to see.
