Chagu Chagu Umako was born from the "horse-loving spirit" typified by the Nanbu Magari family of Iwate, when horses were still used for farm work. It originated as an event set aside as the only day of rest during the busy farming season. CCU pays homage to the spirit of horse-loving and aims to create a timeless product that will make you grow fonder with each use.
