This is original denim fabric woven in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture.
The warp threads are made of organic cotton, and the surface is dyed with indigo using rope dyeing, leaving the core of the yarn white.
The weft threads are made of hemp, and as you wear them, the indigo color will fade, and the hemp will become as supple as cotton while maintaining its strength.
This fabric allows you to enjoy watching its texture deepen over time.
The thickness is designed to allow for wear throughout the year, from hot to cold seasons.
With repeated wear and washing, the threads will loosen, increasing flexibility, and the hemp threads on the skin side will provide a cool and refreshing feel against the skin.
These pants feature a moderately wide silhouette, following MITTAN's classic design.
It can be rolled up and worn in any season.
While drawing on the context of workwear, we redefined jeans as an everyday tool, rather than simply following the existing form.
The back waistband features elastic material, and a gusset is added to the crotch area to ensure a wide range of motion.
The sides and inner thighs of the garment are finished with an overlock stitch, reducing stress on the fabric while also making repairs easier.
The pocket fabric actively utilizes leftover hemp material, and instead of metal parts, buffalo horn buttons are used.

*Natural materials have unique characteristics such as slubs, unevenness, and knots in the yarn. This is because uneven raw materials are used to prioritize texture, so please consider it as part of the fabric's appearance. Please be careful not to pull on the slubs or knots, as this may cause the threads to break and holes to form. *Color transfer may occur due to friction or getting wet, so please be especially careful when in contact with wet items. Avoid using with light-colored items, and wash separately with a neutral detergent and dry in the shade. Due to the washing process, dimensional changes during washing are minor, and there may be individual differences in finished size.
