The fabric used is a custom-made, domestically woven material using 100% linen yarn for both the warp and weft. Furthermore, rope dyeing, which is extremely rare for linen yarn, was achieved using the techniques of a traditional Japanese factory. The deep colors and natural unevenness create a unique depth that cannot be found anywhere else.
The fabric possesses the elegant sheen, supple feel, and just the right amount of firmness characteristic of linen, giving it the presence of a well-worn, vintage piece of cloth.
With repeated wear and washing, the fabric will develop a richer texture, and you can enjoy the beautiful aging process.
