RAW DENIM Selvedge denim with a unique texture, slowly and carefully woven by a textile mill in Okayama Prefecture. After weaving, we use loom-state denim that has not undergone any finishing processes, including washing or anti-shrinkage treatment. Because old-fashioned looms are used, production efficiency is extremely low, and only a few meters can be woven per hour. However, this careful manufacturing method allows us to create a fabric with a unique texture that combines crispness and fullness, without applying excessive tension to the warp threads. We use carefully selected cotton, meticulously examining the fiber texture and length. Furthermore, we pay close attention to the number of twists and shape to achieve a crisp feel. ※ Precautions for handling denim products ・ Due to special distressing, dyeing, and washing processes, each item will have a unique distressed feel, color unevenness, wrinkles, and wear marks. Also, some areas may have small holes due to distressing.
