This blouson is based on a sporty varsity jacket (stadium jacket). The amount of down filling has been adjusted so that it can be worn as a spring outer layer. By adjusting the amount of down filling, it is lighter than winter down jackets.
We recommend pairing it with a hoodie or turtleneck underneath. The generous width allows you to wear thicker layers like sweatshirts or hoodies without looking bulky.
The outer fabric is made of water-repellent nylon with a textured, washed finish, giving it a light and breezy feel.
The washer finish gives it a more natural and softer texture compared to regular nylon.
The hem area uses smooth jersey fabric to improve feel against the skin and fit.
The front features a double zipper, allowing you to enjoy layering with innerwear.
The pockets at the waist feature concealed zippers, creating a clean and sophisticated look.
The Nanga logo is printed on the left sleeve, adding a stylish accent.

【NANGA】
Nanga was founded in 1941 by the previous generation's Akira Yokota, in the Omi region, a production area for silk floss futons.
The company name is derived from Nanga Parbat, an 8,000-meter-class peak in the Himalayas. We are a 74-year-old domestic manufacturer of down products, located at the foot of Mount Ibuki in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture.
Nanga Parbat, at 8126m, is the ninth highest mountain in the world and is also known as the "Man-Eating Mountain." It is a notoriously difficult mountain to climb, and has claimed many lives in the past. The company name reflects the founder's belief that "it's precisely because it's difficult that we should do it, and we'll climb where no one else will."
NANGA's focus is on down feathers. Through years of accumulated expertise in selecting, washing, and managing down feathers, they are able to continuously produce warmer down products.
[Feathers that have been meticulously cleaned in Japan]
All feathers used by NANGA are washed and processed by the feather processing manufacturer Kawada Feather.
The processing plant is located in the Ise Plain of Mie Prefecture. The rich environment surrounded by mountains, the water (ultra-soft water) and the climate suitable for drying provide excellent conditions for the processing, resulting in the production of high-quality down.
[Manufactured by skilled craftsmen]
Because we have our own factory, we can utilize the skills of our experienced craftsmen in every step of the process, from feather filling and sewing to maintenance, ensuring that we produce safe and reliable products.
