Yonetomi NEW BASIC is the in-house brand of a long-established knitwear manufacturer founded in 1952 in Yamabe Town, Yamagata Prefecture, by Ryoichi Oe, the grandfather of the current representative director, Ken Oe.
Now, more than ever, as our everyday lives are changing, it's time to re-examine mass production and mass consumption in manufacturing, rather than focusing solely on rapidly changing fashion trends, and to pass on these values to the next generation.
