The fleece is created by combining uneven recycled cotton made from 'fallen cotton' produced during the spinning process, and beautiful extra-long cotton.
This material was developed to achieve volume, softness, and stretch by using yarn counts different from usual.
It has a vintage look while maintaining a beautiful appearance, making it a material worth designing, with fluffy brushed fabric and excellent warmth.
This sweat fabric is created by blending recycled cotton, made from "fallen cotton" produced during the spinning process, with premium extra-long staple cotton. By using unconventional yarn counts, we developed a material that offers exceptional loft, softness, and stretch. It has a vintage feel while maintaining a clean, refined look, making it an ideal fabric for thoughtful design. The surface is brushed for added warmth, giving it a plush texture and outstanding insulation.

This refers to the heather-colored thread that has long been used for T-shirts and sweatshirts.
Using carefully selected natural materials that are unpretentious, suitable for everyone, and loved across generations for everyday life, these are woven into soft, light, and beautiful fabrics, crafted with care and heartfelt by artisans worthy of being called Japanese masters.
FilMelange is thoroughly in-house developing, from selecting the raw material "cotton" to "thread," "fabric," and sewing. We are also committed to Japanese-made products and are working to nurture future craftsmen at our own factories.
