Furthermore, using a two-bath dyeing process (dyeing different materials consecutively in two separate dye baths) with recycled polyester and recycled spinnets achieves an iridescent effect. This technique expresses patterns and colors previously achievable only in woven fabrics. The front and back, with their calculated color scheme combined with the high gauge, create a new textile that reveals different expressions depending on the viewing angle. Dot buttons around the waist make them easy to put on and take off, and the button position allows for waist adjustment. The familiar yet rarely seen knit Solaro material. We had proposed it in the early days of the brand, but thinking it was a material for connoisseurs, we put it aside for a few seasons. Now, feeling it's the right time, it's making a reappearance. It comes in two colorways: the versatile classic charcoal * black, and the quintessential Solaro khaki beige * orange. This process involves many steps. After dyeing, we added a resin treatment to create a crisp feel, and then an additional step that wasn't used in older materials. Because the twill weave tends to catch and pill easily with prolonged wear, we added a singeing process to make it appear more solid and beautiful. As a result, the texture becomes softer, and the garment takes on a different ambiance. We've modified various details from the Ghurka pants. The biggest concern with Ghurka pants, we believe, is their difficulty to put on and take off. True to Kanemasa, we've designed them with dot buttons for easy on and off, resulting in a light and comfortable fit. By changing the position of the dot buttons, the waist can be freely adjusted, allowing them to be worn beltless. The double-finished hem is not simply a traditional design; it is adopted with ease of wear in mind, such as to create a silhouette that tidies up the widely taken rise at the hem.
