WORKERS Modified BD Shirt STRIPE OX

A slightly luxurious work shirt after a long time. It has a mountain pocket. It has a gusset (thickness) that can hold cigarettes, and the sides of the pocket are lowered so it is easy to grab the cigarettes when taking them out. This idea, which could be said to be a little forceful, was even patented at the time. The size 15 has a chest width of about 60 cm and a shoulder width of 50 cm, so it is roomy. Work shirts do not have pleats on the back, so if the chest and shoulder width are not generous, they will feel tight. Both materials are about 5 ounces. A standard weight and thickness for a shirt that can be worn all year round. The indigo chambray is a slightly lighter indigo that is typical of workwear. Notice the difference in color from the dark indigo chambray used in the Open Collar Shirt. The smoky chambray is woven with "top yarn". The yarn is made after the cotton is dyed in its raw state, so it has a unique "melange" look. Originally, wool is often woven with this "top yarn". That's why cotton also has a wool-like feel when it is made with top yarn. Blue melange chambray, with white and colored yarn twisted together in the weft for a unique color tone, different from combinations of single-color yarns. The India check fabric was introduced by a fabric supplier familiar for Indian Madras. It definitely has a rougher feel that's somehow different from domestic checks, which is very R-like. Metal buttons with engraved logos on the chest. Buttonworks painted them while looking at vintage examples, further enhancing their appearance. The product is already washed.
