Denim cut-and-sew tops are often tacky.
It contains PU and has a lot of stretch denim.
It's a completely different approach from that kind of approach. First, we make a high-gauge knit with genuine indigo.
This part is really bad. The machine breaks down. Still, I did it.
The craftsmen scolded me a lot. Also, it's really difficult. Because the yarn is uneven and thick, scratches inevitably increase.
Also, indigo gets so colored that it gets dirty when you touch it. Knitting means = the machine gets dirty all the time.
Since the cotton husks still float around, it causes such significant damage to the site that the rest of the fabric can't be knitted.
So, which is also why factories are concentrated in Okayama, we made it with that crazy fabric.
You can only do sewing from a place you're used to.
Since it gets dirty simply, we separate the colors by processing afterward.
This is also because I'm not used to denim. It gets dirty... This is a material that gets dirty all over the place, which is what you call a coverall.
At first glance, it looks like stiff denim, but it's actually a nice shirt with the softness characteristic of Kanemasa.
The size is just right, and it really has a great atmosphere. I love that it's beautiful yet also has a textured look.
